DAILY OPERATION SUMMARY
Open the lid, tip your food waste in (Cut up large, chunks, avoid excessive fluid)
Add the same volume of brown waste (Saw dust, dry leaves, cocopeat etc.)
Close the lid and turn the drum 2-3 times daily
Repeat the cycle and when 75-80% full, stop adding further food scrap. This will take about 4-6 weeks to decompose
Wait for 4-6 weeks for the compost to cook, start adding organic waste in the adjacent drum. Rotate both drums daily. Second drum will get filled up in 4-6 weeks
Empty the finished compost from first drum. Keep about 10% compost inside which acts as activator for second batch
Start Loading the first drum again
